Area of service
ALL Healthcare Services is an organisation committed to providing supported accommodation to young people making the transition from dependent to independent living and aiding them in acquiring the skills necessary for living successfully within an independent setting. We work with Looked After Children (LAC) and ‘Eligible and Relevant’ young people who are entitled to leaving care services provided by the local authority under the provisions of the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000. We currently have supported accommodation within the West Midlands. However, we accept referrals from all local authorities, nationwide
One Step Ahead
our Mission
At ALL Healthcare Services we recognise that any young person who is in the care system will be going through an emotional trauma when they reach the age of 16, as the uncertainty in life returns.
We want to help guide them through the transition from leaving a Residential Children’s home or maybe Foster home to be able to survive living independently. We can offer a range of options and properties in the area the young person has grown up in and feels most comfortable to move forward..
This maybe, after careful consideration, their own self contained flat, with minimal support or a fully supported semi-independent home sharing with other young people with 24 hour supervision. Our staff, are fully committed to doing the utmost for the young people to do more than just survive, we hope to help them thrive in the community and in their chosen career path.
our Homes
Our semi-independent homes are ordinary domestic houses; they do not stand out as being different from other houses in the area.
Our accommodation for young people offers a structured, supportive and nurturing environment where they have the opportunity to reflect on their past, come to terms with their current situation and make positive plans for their future. They are ideally located; close to shops, schools, doctors and dentist practices, together with a large range of local services for young people with numerous opportunities for leisure activities. In addition, our homes are located in areas with excellent road and public transport links with main line railway stations nearby. From the inside, they are comfortably furnished to create a warm homely feel and have private meeting rooms where young people can meet with their parents and professionals. Young people are encouraged to personalise their rooms when they move in so as to make them their own and to have friends and family visit them where this is appropriate.
Semi-independent living
This is a detached house that can accommodate up to 3 young people who require a higher level of support until they are ready to move into their own supported accommodation.
This house will have staff on duty 24 hours a day with staff completing sleep-ins in the house, so that someone is available, should the young person require support in a crisis or just want to talk.
Basic support
15 hours per week with staff providing 1/2 sleep-ins in early stages.
supported accommodation
This will tend to be a flat or bedsit, where the young person lives far more independently but receives a good level of daily support until we believe they are ready for a much less intrusive support and can move towards Outreach service
Basic support
10 hours per week 1 sleep-in (subject to needs
NOTE: There will be a 24 hour support service available to all packages. The Semi-Independent Living house will have far greater staff supervision
intensive support
28 hours per week with staff providing 3/4 sleep-ins
outreach
Hopefully by now the Young person has demonstrated that they are able to live more independently and the level of support needed is greatly reduced.

Emergency beds are available in all our properties
Young people can stay in these emergency beds from one week to three months. During this time, young people are offered guidance and support that enables them to move on to the most appropriate accommodation that suits their individual needs.
This is based on a 3-bed house with 24-hour support charged at a weekly rate per young person placed. This is based on any risk management and emergency referral at time of placement.
